By accessing, browsing, or using the website at axislinkpte.com (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site, whether on a one-time or recurring basis, from Singapore or any other jurisdiction.
AXIS LINK PTE. LTD. is a private limited company incorporated in Singapore, registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a licensed insurance intermediary. We act as an agent or broker in arranging insurance contracts between clients and licensed insurers — we are not ourselves an insurer, and we do not underwrite insurance risk.
Our regulatory status means that our activities are subject to the Financial Advisers Act (FAA), the Insurance Act, and all applicable MAS notices, guidelines, and directions. These regulations take precedence over any conflicting provisions in these Terms.

All insurance is subject to formal application, credit and underwriting assessment by the insurer, payment of premium, and issuance of a policy document. Coverage terms are those contained in the final policy document issued by the insurer — not any summary or description on this Site. You are advised to read policy documentation carefully before accepting any coverage.
Our insurance services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are Singapore citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, or holders of valid Singapore work passes or long-term visit passes. Corporate clients must be legally registered entities in Singapore or permitted to conduct business in Singapore.
We reserve the right to decline any application for insurance without being required to provide a reason. Acceptance of applications is subject to the underwriting criteria of each insurer.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the Site is accurate, complete, and up to date. However, insurance products, premiums, terms, and applicable regulations change frequently. We do not warrant that any information on the Site is free from errors or omissions, reflects the most current insurer offerings, or is suitable for your particular circumstances.
Premium estimates and coverage examples shown on the Site are illustrative only. Actual premiums and coverage terms will be confirmed only through a formal quotation process and are subject to underwriter acceptance.
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, icons, images, layout, software, and source code — is owned by or licensed to AXIS LINK PTE. LTD. and is protected under Singapore copyright law, the Copyright Act 2021, and applicable international intellectual property treaties.
